In this role you will advise clients on complex financial transactions.

Your clients will include:

Corporate multinationals and Financial Institutions. As a Senior Manager you will lead proposals, develop client relationships and manage a team. 

The team focus on a range of finance and treasury transactions, including:

 

  •           Raising debt and equity;
  •           Hedging financial risks like FX and interest rates;
  •           Debt restructuring and buy back;
  •           Tax efficient capital structures;
  •           IFRS and tax;
  •           Structured Finance.
