This Big 4 giant has an exciting opportunity for a Assistant Manager to join their Corporate Tax team in Reading. You can enjoy advising a broad range of clients, consisting mainly of large UK-based, multinational and inbound companies in a wide range of industry sectors. The focus of the work will be advisory, across a wide range of issues which will expose you to international tax, structuring and transactional tax issues to name but a few.
You will be mainly working directly with managers/senior managers but also with tax directors and partners, providing tax advice to your portfolio of clients - from complex tax planning to compliance related matters. Responsibilities include:
Delegation of work to the Associate group and assisting with their development and progression.
Working directly with the manager/senior managers and potentially enjoying having some clients where you report directly to a Partner or Director. Requirements: Either ACA (or equivalent) or CTA qualified, with a minimum of two years of corporate tax experience. Corporate Tax advisory experience (gained in practice or in industry) including experience of advising a wide range of clients on related tax issues.
